We have a joint venture relationship with the leading worldwide sling and air mattress manufacturer with two factories in Sri Lanka and one factory in Singapore which is TAA compliant for sales to the US VA facilities. These are ISO certified facilities in compliance with all rules and regulations and have significant expansion capacity. Our factory operations receive the highest awards every year for volume, quality and leadership. Medical textile manufacturing has been ongoing for 17 plus years preceded by non-medical textiles resulting in 50 plus years in textile manufacturing.
We have excellent employee relations. For our over 400 dedicated employees, we provide breakfast, lunch, tea during two breaks, medical insurance, weekly medical visits, transportation to and from facilities, and top pay.
Our factories use the latest equipment and comply with the highest safety standards in the US, UK/European, Asian and Australian markets. All products are inspected internally as well as by third parties, and the products use the highest grade materials and designs. We are registered with the FDA, UK MHRA and other regulatory agencies.

Distribution
Inovi Healthcare has distribution centers in Baltimore, MD, Manchester, NH and Minneapolis, MN. We maintain 3 months stock of our key product in our main distribution center in Baltimore. In 2025, we will open two additional distribution centers. We reach most of the US in 1-2 day ground freight shipping.
Inovi also has dedicated service and delivery personnel to provide installation, service, preventative maintenance and support. We use the latest equipment including self-powered weight testing machines, pallet wrapping and delivery vehicles.
